Today,
Stadium Announcing is as much about entertaining the fans as it is about
introducing the players and announcing the score. That's why Action Announcing's
Tim Stackpool brings not only his compelling voice and experience to the
event, but also provides the latest computer operated support, all designed to keep the crowd entertained and coming back to
the game week after week.
Demands
by sports fans across the world raised the standards of production in
stadium audio visual interaction and created a new wave of technology
to engage the audience. This technology is now available in Australia
through Action Announcing and was first used by Tim in conjunction with
his announcing role at the Sydney International Tennis tournament in January
2004 and again in 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013
and 2014.

All sports are not
created equal, so the content for each event is carefully chosen and
programmed to meet

"The fact that you worked with a script you only received on the
day and were expected to largely fly by the seat of your pants with celebrity
players walking to centre-wicket and keep the crowd amused all at once
is testimony to your confidence, ability and intelligence. It was a pleasure
working with someone so competent."
-Event Manager, Victor Trumper Day.
"The
professional way in which you present the International is outstanding.
As the official voice of the event, your exceptional grasp of many difficult
player names really adds to the prestige of the event. The international
players appreciate it, our International officials and guest certainly
enjoy the clarity and your ability to adapt to many challenging situations
and make the appropriate public announcements certainly is appreciated.
